Youth Team Coaches
Climb Yukon’s youth team programs focus on using climbing to help young people become resilient, confident, and kind. We create opportunities for climbers to be challenged, set goals, develop agency, and learn from both success and failure.
We focus on strong team culture and athlete development, supporting climbers in working toward their goals and dreams while building skills that carry into school, work, and life. Healthy competition and high performance are encouraged as tools for learning and growth, with an emphasis on being process-oriented and doing your best on any given day. Athletes are encouraged to compete at a level appropriate for their development.
