🟢 1-Hour Session — Bouldering & Games (Suitable for ages 3 and up)

A fast-paced introduction to climbing focused on fun, movement and group connection.

Includes:

  • Bouldering exercises adapted to all levels
  • Team games and skill-building drills
  • Guided warm-up and stretching
  • Emphasis on cooperation, confidence and body awareness

Ideal for schools looking for a high-impact session within a shorter time frame, or groups wanting a fun and meaningful climbing experience without committing to a longer format.

🟠 2-Hour Session — Bouldering and/or Ropes (Suitable for ages 5 and up)

A fuller experience that allows students to explore more climbing styles while building teamwork skills.

Includes:

  • Warm-ups, guided stretches, movement drills
  • Bouldering games & challenges
  • Climb high on our tallest walls and feel the thrill of reaching new heights with friends cheering you on
  • Stay safe and supported with friendly staff and auto-belays guiding every step of the way

Format options:

  • 45 min bouldering + 45 min ropes, or

  • 90 min in one area (deep-work format)

Ideal for groups who want to take their adventure higher — this is the session that brings access to our big rope walls and all the excitement that comes with climbing them together.

🔵 3-Hour Session — Climbing & Movement Experience (Suitable for ages 13 and up)

A comprehensive climbing and movement experience designed to help students deepen their skills, develop confidence, and explore the full potential of their bodies in motion.

Includes:

  • Bouldering on multiple walls with guided challenges and progressive movement drills
  • Kilter Board exploration for problem-solving, technique, and power development
  • High-wall rope climbing with staff belaying and auto-belays, encouraging focus, trust, and perseverance
  • Movement education: positioning, full-body coordination, strength and conditioning
  • Guided stretching and mobility for recovery, body care, and injury prevention
  • Belay lesson for students 13+ (optional, challenge-by-choice): knot tying and GriGri belaying to support a climbing partner

Ideal for groups ready to push their learning further, from sport and outdoor programs to youth leadership and personal growth journeys. This extended format gives students the time to explore new skills, reflect on their progress, and support each other through meaningful challenges.
