Floor/Front Desk Staff

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome all visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging with members and guests
  • Build positive relationships and foster a welcoming community atmosphere
  • Manage member check-ins and day-to-day access to the facility
  • Process transactions and memberships using our operating system
  • Handle customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Assist guests in selecting the right products and services
  • Schedule and manage bookings for programs, lessons, or group activities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the center
  • Support inventory tracking and restocking as needed
  • Uphold safety and risk management practices throughout the facility

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Availability on evenings and weekends
  • Experience in a similar or relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive mindset
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a willingness to help
  • Keen observation and awareness for risk management

FAVORITED

  • Skills in the disciplines of bouldering, top-rope or sport climbing
  • Experience with Rock Gym Pro software
  • Current certifications in first aid, CPR and DEA

ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Confident and comfortable working in a high traffic environment
  • Constantly standing and walking for long periods of time
