Floor/Front Desk Staff
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging with members and guests
- Build positive relationships and foster a welcoming community atmosphere
- Manage member check-ins and day-to-day access to the facility
- Process transactions and memberships using our operating system
- Handle customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Assist guests in selecting the right products and services
- Schedule and manage bookings for programs, lessons, or group activities
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the center
- Support inventory tracking and restocking as needed
- Uphold safety and risk management practices throughout the facility
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Availability on evenings and weekends
- Experience in a similar or relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive mindset
- Friendly and approachable personality with a willingness to help
- Keen observation and awareness for risk management
FAVORITED
- Skills in the disciplines of bouldering, top-rope or sport climbing
- Experience with Rock Gym Pro software
- Current certifications in first aid, CPR and DEA
ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Confident and comfortable working in a high traffic environment
- Constantly standing and walking for long periods of time
